This website is operated by Loyalty & Love. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Loyalty & Love. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the UK. Our products, including our S925 Sterling Silver collection, are intended for consumer use. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Accuracy of Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colours and images of our jewellery as accurately as possible.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment (Boutique & Global)

As a Northwest-based boutique, we use a dual-fulfillment model:

Boutique Items: Dispatched directly from our studio via Royal Mail.
Global Items: Dispatched from our specialist fulfillment partners. By purchasing, you acknowledge that items in a single order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for specific lead times.

5. Cancellation & Right to Withdraw

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons). To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at info@loyaltyandlove.co.uk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loyalty & Love shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
