Refund policy

At Loyalty & Love, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original Loyalty & Love luxury packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Hygiene Exceptions (Important)

In accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any pierced jewellery, unless the item is faulty. This ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

3. Faulty Items

We hand check every piece in our Northwest studio before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery, please contact us at info@loyaltyandlove.co.uk with a photo of the fault. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Return Shipping

  • Change of mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Faulty items: We will provide a prepaid return label or refund your postage costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a Tracked Service (such as Royal Mail Signed For), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
