Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Loyalty & Love. We are a Northwest-based boutique committed to delivering beautiful, hallmarked keepsakes. To offer a wider variety of unique designs, we operate a dual-shipping model.

1. Dispatch Times

• Boutique Collection (S925 Silver): Items held in our Northwest studio are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

2. Delivery Estimates

• UK Standard (Boutique Items): 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.

3. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment once it has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders over £50

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
